We ship Luminvelle Fragrance orders from China to customers in the United States.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 7-12 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping fees and promotions

Standard shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Orders with three or more bottles may qualify for both free shipping and an automatic USD 10 promotional discount when the promotion is available and displayed at checkout. These two benefits can be combined on the same eligible order. The final shipping fee and discount applied to your order will be shown before you complete payment.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after dispatch.
