Can I request samples or cooperation pricing?

Yes. Luminvelle is mainly used for product consultation, sample inquiries, and cooperation requests. Our team can confirm sample details, product availability, pricing, and shipping options with you.

How fast do you reply?

Typical reply time is within 1-10 hours on business days. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM China Standard Time.

Where do you ship from?

Products are shipped from China. For the United States, estimated delivery is usually 7-12 days after dispatch.

What is the return window?

Returns may be requested within 14 days after delivery for unopened, unused, unsprayed, sealed products in original packaging. Opened or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
