Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at xu0222@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Return process

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our customer care team.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
