Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the listing.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened fragrance products cannot normally be returned for preference alone. Unopened items must be in original packaging.

Photographs may be requested for damaged parcels so we can resolve the issue quickly.
